Onco-ctNA LUNGS


Onco-ctNA LUNGS cell-free nucleic acids assay is a multibiomarker next-generation sequencing (NGS) assays that enable reproducible detection of somatic mutations in plasma, down to a level of 0.1% in genes relevant to solid tumors. The panel analyses cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and cell-free RNA (cfRNA) from cell-free tumour nucleic acids (ctNA).

The Onco-ctNA LUNGS cfTNA Assay enables the analysis of:
• Hotspot genes (SNVs) and short indels: ALK, BRAF, EGFR, ERBB2, KRAS, MAP2K1, MET, NRAS, PIK3CA, ROS1, and TP53 (~168 hotspots covered)
• Gene fusions: ALK, RET, ROS1
• MET exon 14 skipping
• Copy number gene (CNV): MET


Onco-ctDNA BREAST


Onco-ctDNA BREAST is a complete solution to detect breast tumor-derived DNA (ctDNA) in cell-free DNA (cfDNA).

The Onco-ctDNA BREAST enables the analysis of:
• Hotspot genes: AKT1, EGFR, ERBB2, ERBB3, ESR1, FBXW7, KRAS, PIK3CA, SF3B1, TP53 (~152 hotspots)
• Copy number genes (CNVs): CCND1, ERBB2, FGFR1
• Full length genes: TP53 (~80% coverage)


Onco-ctDNA COLON


Onco-ctDNA COLON assay is part of a complete solution to detect colon (or other related gastro-intestinal) tumor-derived DNA (ctDNA) in cell-free DNA (cfDNA)

The assay enables the analysis of single nucleotide variants and short indels that are frequently mutated in colon/gastro-intestinal cancers.

• Fourteen genes with >240 hotspots are covered (Genes: AKT1, BRAF, CTNNB1, EGFR, ERBB2, FBXW7, GNAS, KRAS, MAP2K1, NRAS, PIK3CA, MAD4, TP53, APC).

• Lower cost compared to traditional tissue biopsies

• Faster turnaround time from sample to results

• More tumor heterogeneity captured


Onco-ctDNA PAN-CANCER


The Onco-ctDNA Pan-Cancer Cell-Free Assay is part of a complete solution to detect multiple targets in tumor-derived DNA and RNA isolated from the plasma fraction of whole blood.

The 52-gene panel includes:
